How do I cancel?

If you need to cancel, we will be sorry to see you go and thank you for being part of our community!
 
To cancel, we require 30 days notice; please send an email to: cheshirewest@littlekickers.co.uk using the subject: My 30 day cancellation period. Please include in the email; your full name, your child’s name and the name of the venue that they attend.
It may take us a few days to reply but rest assured that your child’s membership will be cancelled 30 days from the date of your email (not from the date that we reply).
 
Please note the 30 day cancellation is mandatory as per our t&cs of membership. We are a small business and our operation relies upon our t&c’s in order to offer our services to families. What may seem like a small ask to you, if multiplied by numerous children over the year would risk our ability to continue to operate. Your understanding is gratefully received.
